All those errors were Caused by some dust in the RAM Connectors
I can boot Ubuntu 5.04 but it gets stuck just after :
Checking 'hlt' instruction... OK. Checking for popad bug... OK.
Normaly it should append as seen on http://www.antoniocheca.com/wp/content-text/ubuntu-inspiron6000.html
