Update: I solved this issue by paying about 39EUR to have it reflashed (using eSAM module)

  • Observed: ~1.5K Ohm on S1 on Board (purple wires)
  • Expected: About 1080 OhM @ 20DC (to 2700 OhM @400 DC)

Top Motor: PLASET P/N 74174 -10382- TYPE 72630

Observed: 57 Ohm

CONFIGURE

  • Turn off supply (20 sec or more?)
  • set knobs to 12 oclock
  • Power on
  • Press and hold Select button 5 secs (quickly after poweron)
    • Listen to beep, and release (some noises occurs too)
  • Press Select button 4 times
    • Display current conf ? 013 for me
  • Press Select button 5 secs and release
    • Display is blinking
    • Menu. change to service number:
      • select button: 003, 001, 022, 003, 016, 0230,
      • or Right knob to change
  • Press 5 secs
  • Turn left knob to different tests
    • +1cw (lamp) : “1 P5”
    • +2cw (?cp) : 88:88 beep
    • +3cw () : “3 32”
    • +4cw (fan) : “4 00”
      • right knob tester ? 00-99
    • +5cw () : “5 00” , plus fan noise
      • hold select to test items individualy
    • +6cw (?motor): “on” (or “off”)
      • hold select to change, blink: toogle on/off with right knob, hold select to set
    • +7cw (?CLn): “F 03”
    • +8cw (?CLnE): TODO
    • Select OFF and set to ON (5 secs press like before)
  • Rotate clock wise to off position

  • Set 0 mode , 12o clock buttons
  • 0m00 : Power on
  • display “StOP”
  • Hear Noise (lock?)

  • 2m30 : still displaying “StOP”
  • ~2m54 : Displays “F 03”

ToDo : 

  Reprogrammer l'EEPROM en utilisant SAM.
  Si le problème persiste, changer la platine Antares
